About Us

We make small-batch hard cider in Pittsboro from North Carolina apples.

We work with local apple growers to source the apples that give us the complex, satisfying flavor of a traditional hard cider.

The cider is available in keg and in bottles.

If you’d like to visit, we’re happy to open the cidery for a tour.

History at the Cidery

Sunday, January 28
3-4:30 PM

New! We’re starting a history series where you can learn, discuss, and drink cider.

This month, Professor Aqueil Ahmad will share a personal account of India during Partition after Indian independence in 1947 and talk about his family’s experience.

Professor Mike Sistrom will talk about the NC homefront during WWI. This is the centennial year of the end of the war.

The event is free and open to all. Under 21s are welcome, and adults can purchase drinks if they want. We’ll have cider by the glass, and the Fair Game tasting room next door will be open for beer and wine.
